Information we collect
We may collect contact and account details, order and transaction information, shipping details, communications with support, email-list preferences, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, and storefront interactions.
We receive information directly from you and through Shopify and the service providers used to operate checkout, payments, fulfillment, shipping, security, analytics, and customer support.
How we use information
- To process orders, payments, shipping, returns, and customer-service requests.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the storefront and checkout experience.
- To detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- To send transactional messages and, when you choose to join, occasional marketing emails that you can unsubscribe from.
- To comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
When information is shared
We share information only as reasonably needed with Shopify and providers supporting payment processing, hosting, fulfillment, delivery, communications, security, analytics, professional services, and legal compliance. Each provider receives information relevant to the service it performs.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the business, or as part of a legitimate business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define certain advertising or analytics disclosures more broadly; where required, we honor applicable opt-out rights.
Cookies and analytics
The storefront and Shopify checkout may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, performance measurement, and—when enabled—advertising attribution. Browser settings can limit some cookies, although blocking essential cookies may affect checkout functionality.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type and purpose.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in an email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection concerning personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
