Using the storefront
By using this storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the footer. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live and provide current, complete, and accurate checkout information.
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, violate another person's rights, or use the storefront for unlawful activity.
Products, descriptions, and availability
We work to present product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and production changes can affect appearance, and minor variations that do not materially change function may occur. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.
An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, shipping restriction, or inability to fulfill. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Price, payment, and checkout
Prices are displayed in the currency identified at checkout and may change before an order is placed. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown when applicable. Shopify and its payment providers process checkout and payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
The Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Review those policies before completing checkout.
Responsible product use
Follow the Care Guide and the cookware manufacturer's instructions. Allow cookware to cool before cleaning, inspect the scrubber before use, and stop using it if the steel mesh or silicone core is damaged. Test gently on an inconspicuous area when compatibility is uncertain. Iron Armor Set is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, use on an incompatible surface, failure to follow instructions, or modification of the product, to the extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The Iron Armor Set name, graphics, product copy, photographs, and storefront design are owned by or licensed to the store and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Shopify, carriers, payment providers, and linked third parties operate their own services; their terms may also apply when you use them.
Disclaimers and liability
The storefront is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site interruption or product misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The laws that apply to your purchase and any mandatory consumer protections depend on the parties and transaction. Before launch, the store owner should have these terms reviewed for the business's legal entity, principal place of business, and selling regions.
